• Work with 3rd party Freight Forwarding partners to arrange the
transportation of imported goods to the US
• Continually update transit times in the ERP system to ensure accuracy in
material lead times
• Update team with container or truckload delivery status
• Create dashboards to track performance and drive improvement
• Ensure timely pick-up of cargo
• Ensure updates or shipment details and update the system to meet
deadlines in a timely manner
• Miscellaneous departmental duties such as reconciling billing,
documentation, and closing out shipments as needed

• Business Administration, Business related Bachelor degree
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing, and the
ability to maintain vendor relationships
• Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications
• Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
