Report and Analysis:
• Perform client analysis in providing key insight to enhance the business
• Support the CRM in providing relevant reports for Business Review/ Commercial Meeting / Budget planning etc.
• Compile and modify HQ report under CRM manager's revision
• Support CRM manager in follow up clientele focuses and trackers
• Conduct post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement on client contact strategy
Client Data Management:
• Client information update (Name, contact, address, store/SA competency correction or reassignment)
• Extract and share client data upon request by stores
• Support regular data cleansing and client portfolio management activities, such as client duplication management with Check & Merge
Clienteling strategies and operations:trong>
• Coordinate clienteling assets, adapt clienteling message templates to ensure the tone of voice and seamless communication including customer communication plan by monthly basis
• Assist in the implementation of activity plans in upgrading high potential clients
• New collection message development & target settings for 1:1 & Newsletter.
• SS/FW catalogue order and distribution to stores
• Customer card maintenance with NEW CLIENTS
VIC Delightings:
• Coordinate giftings for VIC’s special occasion(Birthday, Anniversary, Birth…)
• Coordinate with HQ on special holiday celebration giftings/campaign (Lunar New Year, Korean Thanksgiving, Year-End Holiday)
• Support in initiation VIC and ad hoc clientele actions
Training and support:
• Act as an ambassador for My Touch, share best practice, provide training to ensure efficient usage
• Support to CRM Manger in managing induction training and training materials
Others:
• Handling the distribution of eDM and MMS
• Administrative support including monthly expense submission and document filings
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline;
• At least 3 years' of relevant experience in CRM, retail marketing preferably from luxury industry
• Experience with CRM Software such as Salesforce or SAP would be a plus
• Strong numeric sense and strategic analytical skills
• Attention in details and well-organized
• Creative mindset with excellent communications skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Well organize & capable to work multi-task in fast-pace workplace
• Ability to work across functionally with other teams
