** This is a People Manager Position managing 5 team members (팀장급)
- 할당된 매장 업무 지원, 배송지시
- ERP 전산과 백화점 EDI와의 금액 차이 확인 및 조정 리포팅
- 매장 재고 조정 및 관리, 재고발송 및 전산 반영
- 본사에서 운영하는 온라인몰 업무 지원
- 물류 비용 발생내역 확인 및 보고
- 고객 콜센터 문의 건 답변

1. BA/BS degree holder preferably majored in trade, business, or economics
2. 10+ years of work experience in operations, sales administration, or customer service fields, preferably in consumer industry, AR reconciling experience is mandatory
3. Ability to lead and mentor a team
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
5. Familiarity with Duzon is preferred
6. Well organized and detail oriented
7. Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
