Generate weekly, monthly sales performance reports with key Merchandising KPIs
- Ad-hoc reports and analysis to optimize sales and stock level and reach seasonal sell-through target
- Inventory management by monitoring replenishment, requesting stocks and executing transfers and consolidation between stores, to maximize sales opportunity
- Buying preparation within depth quantitative/qualitative analysis and feedback on products
- Plan optimal product assortment and determine order quantification for Seasonal buying
- Monitor and check product delivery with HQ and Local supply chain team to execute timely season launch
- Price adjustment proposal and execution, markdown/return operation
- Work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to help support retail opportunities
- Market/competitor research with pricing and trend analysis
- Participate in store visits to gain understanding of field, customer profile and competitors
- Conduct Product Training, providing product knowledge to stores
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury/fashion
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
