• End-user support including remote or/and on-site troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration of hardware and application
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers and network infrastructure
• Backup of business data
• Management of Active Directory
• IT asset management
• IPPBX and call center system management
• Store open / refurbishment / close support
• Participating IT projects

• More than 1 year working experience in IT (Max. 4 years)
• Retail industry experience will be an advantage
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge on computer hardware, system, network and software application
• Knowledge on active directory such as user accounts, group and role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge on retail system and iOS devices will be an advantage
• Business level of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
