1) Recruitment
Attend recruitment briefing with TA and Hiring Manager.
Monitor/ support recruiting process from job requisition, interview, and on-boarding process.
2) Compensation & HR Operation
Ensure all HR activities of employee life cycle are aligned with business objectives and legal framework, and line with global HR strategy
Conduct annual / quarterly budget and Headcount planning
Review monthly payroll and benefit programs
Monitor / support Performance Management cycle/ Annual Merit / Incentive program
Implement / deliver the new process/ program to Korea in line with global HR strategy
Support employee awards program
3) Training
Provide onboarding and orientation training for new employees.
Plan/ implement required training and workshop (Retail workshop)
Support company event
Review/ approve language training support
4) Business Partnering
Be the first contact point for assigned team’s 1st line managers for HR issues and provide
advice in guidance of Head of HR.
경력 및 자격요건
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: University Degree
YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OVERALL: 3-8 years Professional Level
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE:
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in Retail is preferred
• Experience working with global shared service is preferred
• Practical knowledge of Korea Labor Law and HR processes
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English written and verbal required
• Highly motivated and professional manner
• Proven team player who can effectively work and interface with all levels of the organization
• Plan that tasks and activities are delivered on time, considering potential bottle-necks.
• Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
