1. Manage Operation Team & Process and Collaboration with Sales/Marketing team
2. Manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy and customer order fulfillment
3. Develop solutions to support efficient delivery order processing, business flows, and logistic executions
4. Manage daily customer order deliveries and provide customer with resolutions for logistic issues
5. Manage the handling of customer complaints, customer returns and service quality analysis
6. Monitor 3PL operations and performance
7. Coordinate with sales and 3PL’s for cost effective order delivery and customer service solutions
8. Analyze distribution logistic costs: develop cost down plans and monitor budget execution

1. Around 3 or more years’ experience in logistic clearance
2. ERP System experience in operation side (AX system preferred)
3. Excellent excel skills is mandatory
4. English communication with APAC
5. Working experience in medical device would be preferred
