1) Training Strategy and Planning
• Partner with Management on appropriate training roadmap that supports our business strategy.
• Manage the long-range planning, annual profit planning and budgeting process to ensure in fostering key capabilities required for our growth plans through retail training and development.
• Plan retail development conversations and actions to ensure we have the right people and capabilities for the future.
2) Retail Training and Development
• Manage and deliver product/ sales training on all product categories including Tiffany selling /client development for stores, region-wide training, merchandise launches, on-boarding, and follow-up newcomer orientation.
• Identify training requirements of the business through partnering with retail and relevant teams.
• Update training materials by reflecting the global strategy for new products and updated items in timely manner.
3) Cross-functional projects
• Provide training support and coaching to relevant teams and stores on company initiatives and selling events such as Client events, High Jewelry events and store promotions.
• Partner with Sales team for MSP and VOC programs to escalate selling skills and improve necessary skillsets/ client development.
4) Team Management
• Create an inclusive culture that inspires all team members by demonstrating all forms of diversity.
• Explore opportunities for team members to engage and learn
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 10 years of training experience and 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail business (Jewelry business is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diversity
• Strong consultative, coaching, communication, and influence skills
• Demonstrated expertise in training and facilitation skills
• Excellent influence, interpersonal communication, problem solving, follow up and creative s solution generation skills
