- Manage the operation of DC Online accounts
- Manage accounts by communicating with online mall buyers
- Bring bold and innovative strategies to grow the sale
- Meet or exceed goals and Implement initiatives
- Work cross functionally with all internal divisions to achieve the objectives of DC Online business
- Monitor and report sales trends and competitors’ activities

- 5+ year of experience in sales with fashion industry or in online malls as a MD
- At least 3+ year of eCommerce experience
- Knowledgeable of eCommerce trends, competitive landscape, and digital client experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data
- Relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
