• Prepare and analyze the financial data to support and implement profitable merchandise strategies
• Develop seasonal merchandise plans with local merchants team to maximize opportunities and minimize the risk
• Forecast and validate projections to ensure sales, gross margin and inventory objectives are being mat
• Manage inventory flow of goods to support sales and product turn for a portion of a product category as assigned
• Analyze and maintain the adequate inventory level by country and stores level to maximize the sales and profits, while working closely with the allocator for the smooth flow of products in a timely manner
• Control the stock forecast by month by seasonal level to ensure the healthy balance of stock
• Manage continuity line-flows and forecast sales and stock by collaborating with local merchants to execute the top-down and bottom-up roles of individual SKUs and styles
• Build a collaborative team relationship with Asia Merchandising team for the ad-hoc projects

● 6~8 years of experiences of merchandising in fashion industry or consumer goods
● Preference on the business degree or business administration background
● Experience with enterprise resource planning, creative thinking and deep learning
● Strong analytical skills and attention to the details
● Excellent communication and presentation skill
● Fluency in written and spoken English
● Strong skills in Excel
● Positive mindset and attitude
● Able to work under pressure
