•Manage activities to convert traffic to the ecommerce ability and optimize marketing activities to ensure maximization ROI in sales
•Create ecommerce campaigns and media strategies to ensure customers always have an amazing experience through online channel
•Ensure information are launched successfully to specification and monitored to optimize business requirement. This may include direct marketing, online ads, SEO, performance marketing and so on
•Analysis direct site for customer acquisition and retention
•Involve in the development stage of campaign plan in direct e-commerce and 3rd party sites
•Regularly manage e-commerce operation and promotion on a monthly basis
•Collaborate tightly with the 3rd party e-commerce MDs to work for the new product’s exposures and also promotion negotiation for banners
•Cooperate and coordinate with global digital, local merchandise, logistic, IS, customer care, accounting and all cross function teams in meeting overall operation excellence on a daily basis.
•Lead development and operation agencies in successfully implementing required features and functions
•Develop potential e-commerce channel in order to maximize sales targets and customer service
경력 및 자격요건
•Previously launched, managed e-commerce channel, digital campaigns and experience in related industry will be highly regarded.
•Good understanding of web technologies in e-commerce environment.
•Experience of retail environment, e-retailer & luxury or fashion industry is preferred but engineering, consulting & finance background are also welcome if they have the EC similar skill set (data oriented, strong project managers, analytical skills)
•Qualification in Ecommerce related field with strong online marketing experience is an additional plus
•Concrete knowledge in E-commerce operation system, interface, related regulation and laws, etc
•Minimum 5~6 years in ecommerce field, digital marketing experience
•Excellent communication in both English and Korean
