● Monitor best sellers, sales trend, stock status, stock replenishment & transfer to maximize sales
● Support the order submission
● Prepare the newness shipment package
● Communicate with the warehouse for the shipment schedule
● Support the invoice document
● Conduct ship-back procedure
● Manage each operator's system for the product registration, price info etc
● Sales management, Budget Management
● Communicate with TR partners for OTB negotiation and sales promotion
● Store staff management (Recruiting & Evaluation etc)
● Maintain market trends awareness in travel retail industry and monitor what other competitors are doing
● Prepare weekly sales report and analyse

● 7 ~ 10 years of experiences in travel retail industry (RTW)
● Good relationship with business partners in duty-free business
● Responsible, independent, self-initiative and attention to details.
● Strong analytical skills
● Proficient in Microsoft office
● Excellent communication and presentation skill
● Positive mindset and attitude
● Able to work under pressure
