• Manage new store openings and store improvement projects
• Manage and support works related to WW SP requests
• Supervise and control construction quality, budget, and timing
• Responsible of procurement importing materials
• liaising with external consultants and related internal departments
• Support the maintenance issues and analysis the data on the maintenance system

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design major
• More than 10 years of experience in related field
• Advanced Knowledge of graphic software (Auto Cad(Excellent), Photoshop(Good), 3d Max(Good), and etc.)
• Advanced Knowledge of MS software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English
• Ability to effectively work on multiple projects at once whilst maintaining high standards of work
• Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good leading skill experience to handle both vendors and project related members
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work to own initiative and meet key deadlines
• Flagship project management experience is a plus
