Responsible for the timely delivery of all corporate training in the region (in line with global program)
Identify commercial opportunities Store by Store and create a regional training plan and execute
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Training Champions in the region
Conduct ongoing coaching and development of store management and Training Champions to ensure consistent and effective delivery of training for sales associates in all stores
Partner with District Manager/Store Manager on store team development and culture; coaching teams to improve key KPI and Service Levels
Partner with global training team to ensure all Burberry material is locally appropriate and correctly translated for the region
Collect feedback from stores teams on training programs
Provide a clear training plan per Store on the Training execution
Ensure Field trainer is delivering against objectives and coaching and developing them where necessary
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail (Fashion/Hospitality), Minimum of 3 years in retail management
Fluency in English
Competent PC skills in all Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Retail Business Acumen
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven training background and good understanding of adult training
Understanding of Fashion/styling
Exceptional service mind-set
Action-oriented and with a drive for results
Self-motivated & analytical
Ability to work under pressure
Proven people management experience
Excellent personal presentation
