• Ensure appropriateness of import and export transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, correct tariff classification
• Meet the target lead-time from shipment arrival to stores and 3PL
• Guide stores about stock transfer and manage the stock location
• Manage that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required
• Ensure the correct payment of duty, bonded warehouse expense, transportation cost, and other applicable charges in a timely manner
• Proactive communication with 3rd party service providers including customs brokers, bonded warehouse, transportation vendors to develop the service level
• Provide a clear visibility of in & outbound shipment status to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Ensure the compliance for imported items and manage the test if needed and share the risk to stakeholders
• Data analysis & reporting (invoicing rate by SKU, duty rate, shipment trend etc.)
• Continuous improvement of internal processes
• Be flexible to support any urgent request or event
• Manage the requirements by KC mark or other regulation
• Work closely with 3PL Warehouse about in & outbound shipment
• Support warehouse bin management
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience within FMCG or Retail with large number of SKUs with textile and leather goods is preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work in fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Strong numerical sense, excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge in Macro
• SID/Cegid/Power BI experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience in urgent shipment management with various items require safety approval
• Able to work on multi-tasks
• Fluency in English and Korean
