Responsible to support CEO and Leadership Team in reviewing business strategy and key initiatives to ensure the company is delivering the growth and strategic targets
• Responsible to support the CEO and Executive Management team (EXCOs) for reviewing the company-wide business strategies and initiatives
• Support the CEO for the annual strategy planning through leading the strategy development process with Finance and coordinating / collaborating the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure target achievement
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making
• Oversee projects of high importance as assigned by the CEO
• Attend regular executive meetings to discuss / analyse business issues and challenge suggestions, and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team
• Prepare monthly business review reports and coordinate the process with relating functions
• Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes and company strategies
• Support the requirements from Group on an ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5-8(~10) years working experiences, preferably with relevant experience in Insurance business, Consulting, or Financial institutions
• Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving
• Good team player and creative mind
• Good decision maker based on a mix of analysis, experience and judgement
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• High energy level and proactive
• Fluent in English
