  • I. Retail
    • Set retail target and drive retail team to achieve of annual sales targets
    • Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team and boutiques; structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
    • Develop the strategic retail Plan and customer strategy for Korea to drive and maintain customer loyalty.
    • Define and monitor KPI’s for the frontline staff
    • Develop motivation schemes (incentive) for sales staff
    • Develop quality retail team in all boutiques through Monthly Touch Base and follow closely individual staff productivity
    • Manage and oversee the daily store operations such as sales, expense control, inventory management, security, and safety, etc.
    • Implementation of retail event plan (opening, customer, and special topic events, etc.) at the operational level
    • Work closely with marketing, merchandising and logistics, oversee correct level per market needs/individual store mix and store size with maximum stock turnover, optimize stock level and mix to achieve sales objectives
    • Identify operation/ commercial issues in the boutiques and work out the solutions for improvement
    • Retail team and Boutique staff_ People management with strong leadership on hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff.
    II. Network Development
    • Focus on retail, upgrade retail network through new strategic opening, relocation and renovation, etc.
    • Work with HQ and local project management team /contractors in the successful opening of New boutiques and/or renovations from the planning phase to completion

  • • Degree holder
    • Minimum 12 years’ experience in the area of retail operations and at least 5 years managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Pragmatic and result oriented
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
    • Mature, stable and presentable
    • Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
    • Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
