1. Sales Management
- Support and manage boutiques to achieve the sales target
- Develop BTQ action plans to boost sales trends by communicating with each boutique
- Monitor and report sales trends and competitors’ activities
- Analyse sales performance and individual sales performance
- DM, (In-BTQ) Banner execution with related departments and retailers
- Develop and support event execution for brand equity reinforcement
2. HR Management
- Recruit boutique staff and allocate boutique staff properly with Retail Manager
- Manage HR issues for boutique staff and report to HR on a monthly basis
- Update monthly incentive and report to HR
- Involve in developing welfare with Richemont HR team
- Appraisal for Junior staff (annual/bi-annual)
3. BTQ Operation and Security Management
- Monitor all security guidelines observed by boutiques coordinating with Richemont Security
- Monitor BTQs to adapt operation policies in line with HQ’s guidelines
- Ensure boutique conditions are maintained
- In charge of flagship store operations’ excellence
- Stock Loss follow-ups, such as incident reports and stock adjustment
4. Budget Control
- Control monthly boutique expenses and coordinate with Richemont finance team
- Yearly operational budget planning
- SAP PO management
5. Boutique Project
- Preparation for BTQ's renovation, opening and closing, and related documents
- Coordinate the construction and maintenance issues with related internal teams,
boutiques, and retailers
