1. Training Document Development
- Traslation review for training materials on time with accuracy
- Develop competitive in-store training material based on competitor's selling ceremony & products
- Collect best practice from Brand store teams to share all stores
- Regularly update training photo and contents in existing traing modules
2. Client Experience Management & NPS Enhancement
- CRM & NPS Program Management(Questionnaire review, quality control, download individual report, analysis result)
- Communicate with the Retail team for better execution
3. E-Learing Operations
- Translate and update E-learning modules
- Create / modify / cancel users on E-learning authoring system
- Track and monitor individual learning progress and penetration
- Weekly update of comminications

- Excellent communication and presnetation skills both in English and Korea
- Learning Agility
- Ability to foster positive and influential relationships with people from all levels
- Independent, able to work under pressure, excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with editing software programs
- Blended approach to learning
- Retail and Luxury fashion industry preferable
- Team player and hands on
