- Client Analysis & Insights
Analyze large sets of client data to identify trends & patterns and generate insights to inform growth opportunities across clienteling, marketing, merchandising and client experience.
Partner with relevant stakeholders and identify growth opportunities (cross-sell, up-sell, portfolio gaps etc.).
- Data Tracking, Measurement & Reporting
・ Extract data (SQL) and monitor weekly & monthly omnichannel client metrics and investigate key performance drivers to develop actionable insights and recommendations for retail and digital teams.
・ Track and analyze ROIs for major selling events and client relation activities working with the Retail and Sales teams to gather all data points.
- Database Management
・ Supervise the activities of clients' data collection as closely working with the IT, Omnichannel and Retail teams.
・ Performing continuous data quality and data protection activities on the CRM database
- Omnichannel Projects
・ Collaborate with Global Team for the Client Data infrastructure transformation, proposing enhancement projects or providing constructive feedback on analytics needs, providing operational examples and testing opportunities.
・ Actively take lead on Korea Omnichannel / e-Commerce Projects on Data / Analytics workstream
경력 및 자격요건
・6-15 years of experience in client analytics or related fields
・ 5+ years' experience in data analysis and/or database management/implementation work.
・ Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, ability to query large databases and write SQL queries (mandatory)
・ Experience running analysis using Power BI (mandatory)
・ Experience in running integrated analysis including Google Analytics and Salesforce platform (analytics and admin) or similar tools preferred
・ Experience or exposure with advanced analytics tools (e.g. Dataiku) preferred
