Key responsibility 1: Boutiques operation
• Main interlocutors for Boutique on general inquiries/requests (Stationery, business card order, delivery request, etc.)
• Receive boutique maintenance/cleaning request and support – Managing Director for necessary follow-up action with contracted agency
• Collect and check the boutique expense voucher, purchase order handling with Finance (Monthly boutique expense checking, Retail purchase order issuing in the SAP system, Non-PO creation, other Retail expenses handling)
• New boutique staff enrollment in the system, sales code request to IT
Key responsibility 2: Sales Report and analysis
• Consolidate sales data and issue the daily sales report for Boutiques.
• Validate the monthly sales closing with Finance and report to the APAC
• Issue the Monthly sales dashboard and report to APAC
Key responsibility 3: CRM development
• Lead the Market to achieve CRM KPI such as quality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate, etc
• Ensuring data collection and storage’s compliance
• Provide qualitative analysis on clients’ profile, store pattern in terms of purchasing habits
Key responsibility 4: Customer Service
• Ensure high level and consistency in service quality throughout the network
• Monitor the after-sales activity by coordination with External workshop & Technical center
• Handling of the CS issues(complaint) with boutique teams in a timely manner
Key responsibility 5: PR/Marketing
• Annual planning and execution of marketing activities
• Coordination with local agencies
경력 및 자격요건
• More than 7 years of experience preferably in Luxury Retail business, Watch & Jewelry experience
• Fluent of English
• Open-minded, team player and reliable.
• Commitment for excellence
• Detail oriented
• Strong for numerical works(Be good at MS office - Word, Excel, Spreadsheet)
