Job Description
1. Manage all accounting and reporting functions. Report financial information effectively, ensures the integrity of financial statements and the safeguarding of assets. Prepare appropriate communications on internal control and statements. (25%)
2. Enforce and further develop (if necessary) and implement appropriate financial and operational control systems across the offices to enhance financial management and operational performance. (10%)
3. Manage corporate tax function to deal with corporate income tax, withholding tax and education tax payment and tax audit preparation. (10%)
4. Develop the annual expense plan, including GOE and Variable, CAPEX and monitor the actual spending. Monitor expense overrun and control the expenses within the approved budget. (25%)
5. Advise senior management on financial issues and opportunities in their operations or the company as a whole. (10%)
6. Assess and assimilate audit and control issues and communicate appropriately to senior management. Work on due diligence work or other special projects for the management team. (5%)
7. Oversee Treasury function related to day-to-day cash disbursement and short term investment (5%)
8. Select and retain people resources in the accounts department. Manage performance and development plans of staffs. (10%)
경력 및 자격요건
Job Requirements
1. Education: University graduate with major of B.A or Accounting
2. Experience: More than 15yr experience in accounting field.
3. Specific Business Knowledge: Insurance industry experience is strongly recommended to understand insurance financials.
4. CPA holder preferred
5. Good command of written and spoken English
