1. Transfers the related product knowledge from development engineering and NPI manufacturing team to field service team.
2. New equipment installations, training and warranty support.
3. Troubleshoots product problems on-site
4. Responds to customer request for on-site technical support
5. Performs generic application support to customer
6. Provides information to Account Manager and Product Marketing on use of products and escalations.
7. Provides input to Product Engineering for periodic maintenance.

• Exposure to customer management on high tech product service, equipment bring-up, fluent in English writing and speaking, supervising experience will give the potential to be the team lead in future career advancement.
• To be adapt and accepted the required intensive equipment training in overseas either in USA (1~3 months) or Singapore (1~3 months) after onsite experience at field, training period will be expanded depended on field/biz requirement.
• Keen on working with foreigner people. Young generation with good education and suitable characteristic is highly preferred.
• At least 3-year service with K&S is required; corresponding Sign-On bonus or retention program will be provided.
• Home base location in Paju or near Paju by driving within 1hour
• Support Shift work (Day/Night) within the warranty period (1~2 years)
