• Regularly visit dedicated stores for VM change and set-up by checking newness, bestsellers, sales trend
• Liaise with Cluster VM to share all details and weekly setup report in the dedicated area and functionally report to VM manager under the management by VM associate Director.
• Regular VM team meeting to share issues and information
• Closely communicate with in-store VM and do training to elevate VM standards
• Implement VM standards and share appropriate guidelines to each store to promote effective maintenance according to WW VM strategy
• Associate team members to support the team well
• Understanding Retail business and Visual Merchandising
• Promote a professional image, being proactive and positive, ability to work under pressure.

• 3~8 year of relevant experience
• Qualitative & Methodical visual merchandising skills
• Good communication skill
• Proactive and open mindset
• Able to work flexible time
