Task 1 : Sales management
-Set up boutique objectives such as monthly and yearly target (sell-in and sell out) and service KPIs etc. and lead and support boutique managements to develop the action plans to achieve their objectives.
- Define and develop different incentive programs to boost up sales and be responsible boutique P&L, related to operations and expenses.
- Negotiate with TR business partners to maximize the performance while securing the brand image.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales and activities in timely manner.
Task 2 : People management
- Lead, coach and develop the retail team to ensure that they are excited, motivated and performing their duties in accordance with the Maison’s vision and value. Dedicate a significant amount of time to people development, with focus on boutique managements to ensure that they are able to influence and effectively manage team to balance business and client centric mind set.
- Involve boutique recruiting process partnering with HR and staffing planning including promotion and talent management of travel retail boutique teams and manage HR issues.
Task 3 : Operations
- Main interlocutor for operation follow up with travel retail business partners and TR boutique teams.
- Manage the operations processes from ordering to shipping, monitoring inventories, backorders and deliveries system handling and sales inquiry follow-up.
- Implement company procedure regarding CS related issues (repair and client complaints).
- Ensure that appropriate reporting is provided to Headquarters and local/regional teams, in terms of sales analysis and finance.
- Frequent boutique visits - Coach and counsel Store Managers in accordance with brand policies to ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided.
- Ensure consistent management, operational practices and customer service in all TR boutiques.
- Ensure TR boutiques are maintained at a level of excellence.
경력 및 자격요건
- Experience: minimum 8 years of experience in retail management, retail experience would be appreciated.
- Well-developed leadership profile with experience of influencing on a boutique level and external business partners
- Good interpersonal skill
- Frequent travels to be planned
- Fluent English
