Book keeping
• Maintain DKR accounts by verifying, allocation, and posting transactions.
• Balances DKR accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring DKR account summaries: Post transactions involving cash receipts, disbursements and/or accounts payable and receivable to ledger accounts in line with bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filling documents.
• Liaise with accounting firm for reconciling and auditing accounting data.
• Comply with Korean legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filling report; advising management on needed actions.

Treasury & Cash flow management
• Prepare and disburse payments to vendors, liaising with local GM and treasury department in HQ.
• Plan cash flow, by liaising with local GM and treasury department in HQ.
• Assists accounting firm and HQ finance and treasury departments in the preparation of yearend financial statements, cost reports and bank reconciliations as needed.

Budgeting and Controlling
• Support Finance Manager and HQ in preparing budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting and reporting financial data
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

Key Requirements
•University degree or same level
Work Experience
•At least 6 ~ 12 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in luxury retail industry. (Preferred)
