__ Monitors and coordinates an integrated a marketing program including each phase of the process (customer acquisition, x-selling, up-selling, customer service and retention) with each distribution channel.
__ Coordinates existing and new marketing programs, making sure they are properly executed according to the company's best practices.
__ Distribution Interface: Responsible for working with distribution managers in the implementation of Personal Lines strategies through their respective channels, ranging from Sponsor DM to Broad Market DM, bancassurance, retailing (i.e. EW) to agency.
__ Distribution Metrics, Profitability & Marketing Efficiency: Responsible for working with distribution management to ensure achievement of agreed upon profitability benchmarks within each distribution channels, as well as at the campaign level. Participates actively in carrying out Personal Lines’ worldwide Distribution Metrics initiative.
__ New Channel Development: Develops marketing strategies to open up new distribution channels for Personal Lines products.
__ Supervises the quality of the PL training programs, call center scripts, compliance with PL guidelines and FSS regulations with regard to distribution of Personal Lines products.
__ Product Development: The marketing manager is both the promoter, receptor of new product ideas and gatekeeper (together with the PCM) for new product development initiatives to support the PC’s broader marketing strategies.
__ OOC: Works closely with OOC team identifying new x-selling and up-selling opportunities.
__ Customer Satisfaction: Tracks customer service benchmarks, obtains customer feedback through the implementation of surveys, focus groups and implements changes accordingly (across multiple distribution channels)
__ Tracks campaign P&Ls for new and existing marketing programs, supports all assumptions with sound logic and experience, and presents to the PCM. / Regional Management for sign-off as per delegated authority.
__ Gathers, develops and analyzes market intelligence. Summarizes and presents periodic reports to PCM and regional office.
__ Retention: Manages all aspects of retention including flat & mid-term cancellations and the renewal process. Responsible for achieving budgeted retention targets.
__ Production Estimates __ drive process for monthly & quarterly top line estimates. Delivers accurate estimates to Portfolio Management & Actuarial (PM&A) function for submission to Regional HQ.
