- Manage the technical infrastructure within an organization, leading a team of IT staff, determining business requirements for IT systems, managing the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, and eliminating security risks
- Consult local stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology

- Participate to corporate projects for the innovation/enhancement of the support and knowledge sharing processes, procedures, and tools.
- Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by corporate and loca management
- Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

- +12 Years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role
- Strong commercial business process, data and technology knowledge ideally in a related Luxury retail
industry.
- Knowledge of multiple Business Application modules, relevant to the supported processes
- Played technology service lead roles in dynamic and challenging business environments
- Knowledge of market main IS&T architectural solutions.
- Project management, control documentation techniques and tools
- Team/customer-oriented attitude and working style.
- Managed large projects and budgets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership
