Business Analysis & Reporting
1.Create and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports
2.Prepare Monthly Sales meeting
3.Support Sales forecast for Budgeting
4.Analysis Product selling trend and manage stock flow
5.Update and manage monthly targets and KPIs of stores
Retail Strategy
1. Develop and maintain the retail staffing strategy and motivation schemes (incentive) for sales staff
2. Develop quality retail team in all boutiques through Monthly Touch Base and follow closely individual productivity
3.Lead the store with the Retail strategy to meet the sales target at the same time in line with communication with MD, VM and others.
4. Communicate company’s vision and strategies with clear sales direction to the retail team; structure the retail organization and allocate responsibilities
Store Operation
1. Supervise daily operations, manage events, and handle marketing activities
2.Ensures administration procedures and timing are respected in line with the global policy from HQs
3.Build up good relationships with major landlords and closely communicate and efficiently negotiate with each partner on new projects of opening, relocation and renovation.
4. Work closely with marketing, sales administration, and logistics, oversee correct level per market needs/individual store mix and store size with maximum stock turnover, optimize stock level and mix to achieve sales objectives
5.Collaborate with the Shared Service to improve efficiency
6.Identify operation/ commercial issues in the boutiques and work out the solutions for improvement
7.Prepare onboarding experience for new joiner in Store team and lead the Induction training for new opening store
People Management
1.Communicate with Store Managers and Sales Associates to generae a competitive KPI and improve their proficiency and mitigate any issues or problems
2. Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff

• Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the area of retail operations and at least 3 years managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
