1. Sales and Brand Management
• Support the manager to set sales objectives and forecasts. Monitor store’s performance and develop effective and appropriate action plans in order to motivate the sales teams to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI
• Possess analytical skills and execute performance management for the designated stores
• Work with Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and the defined sales forecasts via monthly business reviews
2. Retail Operations Management
• Monitor all aspects of store operations including staff attendance record, daily expenses, daily reconciliation reports, bank statement and sales reports submitted by Store-in-charge
• Maintain operational standards, and ensuring company policies and practices are followed in the stores
• Prepare and analysis daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review
• Regularly visit all stores to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development especially men’s business
• Report to the manager on the inventory review in each store on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient stock is available to support the sales while inventory compliance is adhered to the standard of operations
3. People Management
• Assist the manager to acquire, retain and develop potential talents. Responsible for the network recruitment of service-oriented and passionate sales associates
• Work with Store Managers to monitor staff roster and manpower planning
• Act as a bridge between office and retail colleagues
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 6 years relevant experience in luxury retail with 3 years in similar role
• Strong organizational skill, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheet
• Good command of written and spoken English
