I. HRM Manager

II. HR Business Partner
• Consults line manager by providing HR guidance and expertise when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues with good knowledge in labor laws.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Coaching, Counselling, Career development, system operations, Disciplinary actions).
• Guide and train line managers on the annual performance evaluation process and compensation review process. Monitor year-end process are aligned with the company policy and coach the line managers if necessary.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit’s organization design, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies development needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Oversees and Manages wellness and health initiatives.
• Provides HR analytics data to other Business Head and help them to make good business/ organization decisions.
• Conducts regular meetings with respective business units to support people related agenda.
• Facilitates trainings and/or workshop for HR related projects and agenda.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 10-12 years+ of experience in a human resources generalist / position including 2-3 years in a managerial/ HRBP role acquired at a company with a strong HR culture
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
• Ethical, interpersonal skills, superior communication skills, persuasive abilities, the ability to influence and to work in a team, a good level of professional maturity in the human resources profession.
• A Certified coach is preferred/ inhouse coaching experience
• Fluent and proficient communication in English
• Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
