• Responsible for delivering corporate training and development activities/ program and maintaining the training effectiveness to meet the value and standards of the Company
• Plan, design and develop integration training program for newcomers
• Roll out integration training program for newcomers (Esprit Dior, Service, Product, Clienteling in retail)
• Follow up closely with the newcomers by coaching at boutiques and conducting regular touch bases for their performance
• Monitor and organize a field coaching: make sure that each new sales associate or store manager has followed the trainings adapted to him/her on the field
• Monitor the level of service after the delivery of service training and provide spot coaching
• Build and deliver a management training program
• Guarantee the application of standards and common rules and procedures according to the strategy and the values of our House
• Monitor and implement the training action plan alive
• Work in partnership for the creation or the edition of new training materials
• Have the initiative and discuss with the regional office to make the programs evolve and to optimize them
경력 및 자격요건
• University graduate or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience in training
• Familiarity with talent retention and CDP planning
• Luxury retail experience is preferred
• Outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people to adapt to deliver the Company vision
• Excellent communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Self-motivated, Proactive, and independent, Creative mindset, Multiplayer
• Great Team Player
• Fluent in English and Korean
