1) Training Event Planning and Delivery:
• Deliver product/sales training on all product categories, brand Strategic Selling/Client Development for new-stores, region-wide training, merchandise launches, on-boarding and follow-up refresher training.
• Prepare data for logistics planning and coordination for training events including venue sourcing, packing/shipping training materials, securing, and arranging security of borrowed merchandise.
• Support to plan and update regional training event calendar
2) Training Metrics:
• Manage the administration of programs: attendance, test results tracking, training evaluation compilation.
• Support to prepare training venues, accommodation, food and beverage and training materials
3) Training Materials Coordination:
• Coordinate distribution of Company product materials to relevant parties
• Customize US designed programs (both instructor-led and computer-based)
4) Training Execution & Follow up :
• Provide individual sales coaching and information resources for sales teams upon Store managers’ request
• Identify training needs for Trade stores and partner to enhance the strength sales skill competency
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree
• Corporate training experience preferred
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel may require weekend hours.
• Advanced Microsoft office software capabilities for presentation and reporting.
• Business level in English (Reading & writing)
• AGK certificate
