 Event Management
 Support the events including pop-up, product events, boutique opening and special events in line with the global calendar
 Implement preparation, operation and follow through the events to elevate an overall customer engagement
 Develop all materials, data arrangement of the events to maximize the commercial impact and elevation of customer experience
 Support budget management for accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses to forecast future events’ estimate
 Monitor the event progress and share the feedback reports in close collaboration with related teams
 Support of the communication
 Coordinate and consolidate demands from the local and central teams
 In partnership with internal team to make any initiatives and implementation
 Cooperate with 3rd parties and vendors to implement such events and to catch up the market trends
 Cooperate with retail team to achieve the commercial ambition and to capture customer prospects together
 Proactively handle any arising issues and any emerging problems through the events
 Event development support and market trend
 Investigate to develop client’s engagement animations
 Research the market, target consumers and competitors to develop creative activities embedded in the plan
 Creative thinking culture about Art and Culture related activities
 Research the market trend both geographically and demographically to build our strategies

 University degree in communication/marketing or relevant major
 Minimum 5 years’ working experience in event and client engagement activities
 Organizing skills to deal with various events
 Multi-tasker
 Communication and marketing skills
 Project management experience
 Good time and risk management
 Proficiency in event software
 Proficiency in English to communicate with stakeholders
