• Regular product forecasting and order according to the brand strategy
• Special orders, order management
• New product flash update, dissemination and training on product specification
• Pricing management, updates and dissemination
• Monitor deliveries to meet target launch dates, customer’s requirements, special event and new store opening schedule
• Communicate requests with region/headquarters
• Plan for product displays in boutiques, exhibitions and events
2. Inventory Control
• Model stock management
• Monitor and manage shortages and overstock situation implementing stock rebalancing/transfer
• Management of stock audit
• Oversee management of consignment
• Oversee family sales and staff sales operations
3. Logistics
Oversee all logistic operations supervising the logistics assistant
4. Reports & Others
• Sales analysis by reference, by collection, by boutique, best sellers
• Customer, boutique feedback for novelties to understand commercial needs and communicate on key findings.
• Market research report: identify key product trends and price research
• Supervise product quality and communicate with APAC and HQ
• Repairs exports, imports
• Monthly closing for vendors and inter-company costs
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Minimum 7years’ experience in the area of merchandising, supply chain or logistics
• Familiar with legal regulation for Retail and Importation operations
• Retail industry experience will be advantageous
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong business acumen
• Result oriented
• Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty
• Problem solver and timely decision making
• SAP & Retail system experience preferred
