담당업무
 In & Out store brand commercial event leading
- In-charge of brand event management
- Develop event plan to support brand initiatives, retail openings, product launches leading to measurable and quantifiable results
- Monitor ROI of each action and share monthly reports with HQ 360 teams: events, pop up, commercial, HJ event or visibility actions with business partners, CRM action.

 Traditional CRM – Cross functional with Central CRM team and Communication team
1. Yearly campaigns in coordination with global team calendar for key consumption Periods
2. Corporate GWP (and/or local developed specialties such as mooncakes)
3. Development of local initiatives to enhance repeat purchase

 Retail CRM -Cross-functional with Retail team and Trade Marketing
1. Propose CRM KPIs and set annual targets for retail at different levels
2. Drive the yearly CRM budget & actions linked with sales targets
3. Define client lists and develop client experience strategy for drive sales and develop the HJ potential clients

 CRM Data Management
1. In charge of customer database accuracy, growth, maintenance and analysis management
2. Oversee and manage API system for the database quality control; define and implement process and action plans in order to feed, develop and improve database quantity & quality.
3. rain CRM system to support and motivate boutique that data continues to be fed into the CRM

 In-store and large scale commercial brand event management
1. Reviewed product category performance and settle communication strategy and action plan by client group.
2. Executed promotional In & Out store event (Off-stie trunk show, Dept. Watch & Jewelry Fair, Key VIP event, PSR Private Presentation)
3. Developed HJ client by recruit 3rd parties VIPs (Hanna Private bank, K-Auction, Seoul Auction, Dept. PSR)
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the area of EVENT & CRM related position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
