Responsible for technical support including but not limited to, installations, commissioning & training of Machine Control solutions. Both internally and with partners & customers.
Need to fully understand related market situation and Leica Geosystems Machine Control product solutions.
Customers troubleshooting and support internal sales team to solve customer issues.
Analyze competitor solutions and activities, react accordingly and create periodical reports
Targeting key customers and provide customers with proper solution and execute pre and post sales activities, technical support and problem handling.
Set key best partners to integrate our solution to meet each customers and market segments.
Support activities to be recorded in Sales Force
Support the Sales Manager on new product and technical solution launches to market in both the direct & partner channels.
Develop training material & manual and distribute it accordingly
Regular communication with regional and global support to solve issue and maintain highest level of product and solution knowledge.
Translation : SW, Manual, On-line training, websites etc.
Organize various webinars to customers and dealers assisting Sales Manager with Pre and post sales activities.
경력 및 자격요건
이공계 전공자 (건축, 토목, 전기, 기계등) 장비 기술 서포팅 업무 경력 2 - 10년 미만
영어 가능자
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Civil engineering or other relevant discipline preferred and or relevant experience in hands on technical support roles. Relevant experience in the construction industry or related industry working with heavy plant desirable.
Experience with heavy machine automation solutions and or survey related equipment also desirable.
Experience with 3D construction softwares eg. CIVIL 3D Autodesk desirable etc
Experienced in training and the preparation of training manuals and material to deliver to clients.
Understanding of Hydraulic systems for heavy machine plant desirable.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining strong customer loyalty.
Self-motivated and well organized to maintain highest levels of support.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
High level of personal drive and self-motivation.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to set day to day priorities within overall priority listing
Ability to travel as required – there is a considerable amount of domestic travel within South Korea and occasional international travel if required to fulfill this role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams.
Language: Korean and English
