Job Description

1. Interim and Dormant insurance money management (50%)
- Manage the balance of unpaid interim and dormant insurance money
- Plan and execute the decrease policy of outstanding unpaid interest attaching to Interim and Dormant insurance money
- Plan and execute the increase of loan interest
2. Policy management process management (30%)
- Check regulatory policy and update the process
- Analyze and improve overall policy admin process
- Manage new product, product change in IT system
- Analyze and develop the efficiency of customer contact point and co's process
3. Disbursement payment (10%)
- Manage the disbursement request and inquiry
- Proceed complaint and exceptional case of disbursement
- Manage financial closing relating to disbursement and operation
- Manage disbursement process and risk
4. Trend analysis and competitor benchmarking (10%)

Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years’ experience in policy owner management (not mandatory)
- Business analysis and problem solving
- Experience in project planning and execution
- Time management
- Collaboration and Communication
- Positive mind
- 숫자흐름에 대한 감각이 있는 분 선호
- 경력 : 2년-7년이내 (신입~max대리급)
- 근무지 : 중구/서울
