- Implement promotion and monitor each campaign to assess site traffic and sales
- Supervise sales forecast for E-commerce stock by SKU
- Digital communication with SNS media and competitor intelligence
- Digital 360 degree launcesincluding digital contents & event planning & execution
- Analyze and report monthly online sales (Retailer.com and Clarins.com)and digital KPI
- Develop marketing plans/calendar to achieve monthly and annual target of online sales
- Increase sales by developing key channels and communicate with E-retailers
- Develop and plan E-commerce strategy and analyze online sales
- Manage digital target and break down the budget to various promotions, sampling, GWP and etc.

• Education/Degree:
- B.A. degree
• Background including total years of experience
- More than 2 years’ experience in E-commerce at retail company (Cosmetics industry is preferred.)
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill
• Languages:
- Intermediate level in English, both speaking and writing
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Good knowledge in E-commerce
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Customer-focused and brand-addicted
