The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large corporate and financial institution clients in Korea. He/She will work proactively with each client to understand their business and financial needs and provide professional financial advice and extend financial solutions to clients in order to maximize the profits of the Bank.

Core Functional Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities and provide excellent financial solutions to clients in order to maximize department’s performance and achieve business target;
• Perform new client acquisitions, develop comprehensive account plans and maintain excellent relationships with major clients;
• Manage and actively participate in banking products marketing and provide professional financial advice to clients;
• Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate and financial institutions clients;
• Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Bank’s guideline; and,
• Monitor and maintain the assigned client portfolio to minimize credit risk.

Experience / Skill Guideline
• Degree holder in finance or related disciplines with minimum 7 years’ commercial / corporate banking experience gained from local commercial / international banking environment;
• A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to large corporates and/or financial institutions clients;
• Strong banking product knowledge including plain vanilla loan, syndication loan, trade finance, structured finance, treasury, investment products and deposit;
• Seasoned credit professional with strong analytical, credit analysis and risk management skills;
• Strong report-writing capabilities on business, financial analysis, industry study and financial modeling etc.;
• Good forward planning and result-oriented; and,
• Good command of spoken and written English with strong presentation skills, Chinese Mandarin speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
