TA Lead with the requisite technical competencies, breadth of experience, record of accomplishment, leadership and personal impact to ensure you can set and drive the strategic people agenda and effectively manage all the key stakeholders.
-Manage headcount for corporate and each business units and forecast recruitment demands and plan workforce accordingly collaborating with HRBPs.
-Establish and strengthen recruitment procedures and enhance onboarding experience.
-Align regional processes and global processes, drive best practice standardization, promote accountability of metrics, and ensure team is meeting recruitment goals.
-Manage end to end recruitment process and recruit best talents in a timely manner communicating with EVP.
-Implement and optimize Workday recruitment system and successfully internalize Workday recruitment practice to the organization.
-Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annually dashboards for various HR reports and utilize various recruitment data for strategic recruitment.
-Manage, track, and plan the recruitment budget and all contracts, payments & various expenditures.

Job Requirements
-+10 years of experience in Human Resources. At least 5 years of experience in TA role.
-Bachelor's degree is required.
-Great leadership and relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork.
-Project management skills and ability to interact and influence senior business leaders to drive excellent recruiting processes.
-Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.
-Experience in Workday or Financial Industry is preferred.
