Main Accountabilities
• Maintain and upgrade of all Local IT/ICT systems supporting business processes and upgrade
of local IT infrastructure.
• Manage relevant diagnosis, intervention or dispatching and suer support on every kind of
technical (Hardware, office applications, servers and network system at relevant level ) and
applications issue ( Functional / Reporting/ intranet applications )
• Participate to corporate projects for the innovation/enhancement of the support and knowledge
sharing processes, procedures, and tools.
• Lead maintains and support local projects according to business need
• Observe the established quality and procedural guidelines, once the implementation is live.
• Manage Budgeting, Purchasing and vendors selection procedures.
• Suggest solutions/improvements about the Application usage and propose.
• Guarantee the application of the Corporate/Local IT Policies and Standards.
IT STRATEGIC PLANNING & CONTROL
• Proactively propose an innovative solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of local
business processes. Focus on a retail –digital solution.
• Suggest immediate smart solutions where applicable and/or suggest actions for service
improvement to South Pacific Regional IT responsibly
• Works closely with management to prioritize IT needs to meet business goals.
IT MAINTENANCE & CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT
• Guarantee IT support and training on relevant systems, collect emerging needs and inputs .
(Manage lifecycle of IT assets (for hardware and software, from acquisition to disposal)
• Locally deploy system/hardware/application upgrades requested by Corporate IT (and
Regional IT ) and propose relevant improvements to Corporate IT (and Regional IT )
• Support the Korea IT responsible to define and Control the relevant budget
• Lead as project lead the implementation of local application defined with Business and support
the roll out of Corporate projects .
경력 및 자격요건
• Min.10 to 15 years of work history, experience in retail management or equivalent level of
experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, sales, etc.
• Well-developed leadership profile with experience of influencing on a store level and external
business partners.
• Language: English and local language(s) - Fluent & Professional efficiency
Technical Skills
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT support.
• Advance Knowledge and Good Broad understanding of infrastructure technology ( server,
network. Pbx, others )
• Knowledge of multiple Business Application modules, relevant to the supported processes
• Knowledge of Active Directory administration
• Knowledge of main operational flows and procedures related to the applications.
• Knowledge of market main IS&T architectural solutions.
• Project management, control documentation techniques and tools
