•Forecasting hiring needs for our retail brands
•Design and post job ads on relevant channels to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions with Recruiting Manager
•Design HR system for Retail Stores with HR team, in accordance with the company policy
•Plan attractive compensation and benefit packages to increase retention with Retail Team
•On board and train new hires in accordance with the company guidelines with Retail Trainer
•Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
•Train team leaders (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager) on performance evaluation techniques
•Maintain physical and digital employee records
•Payroll data check
경력 및 자격요건
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
•Good understanding of labor legislation including regulations about flexibly types of employment
•Knowledge of payroll system and HR databases (Workday)
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•Ability to interact with top management executives
•Ability to manage projects, understand processes and manage details
•Ability to create simple and impactful communication
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on candidate experience
Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
•University Degree in HR or related field
•Min. of 5 years as an HR specialist or HR Manager in the retail industry
•Strong command of communication skill in both Korean and English
