responsibility 1: Recruitment/Sourcing CVs for boutique positions
Support & lead recruiting activities of boutique positions; Aim to source, screen & interview viable candidates for shortlist submission to the hiring managers & respective HRBP for boutique recruitment. (scope is still flexible upon business needs and evolution)
Manage and consult with responsible stakeholders to successfully close boutique requisitions in regards to the shortest recruitment lead-time at the highest cost-savings.
Visit boutiques for post-recruitment attachment purpose with candidates/employees.
Key responsibility 2: Recruitment Agency Management
Solely responsible for contacting, communicating & manage agencies as one channel of sourcing.
Evaluate agency performance for reviews thru agency usage & its efficiency dashboard data.
Responsible for exploring new agencies & contract renewals for existing qualified agencies.
Manage all contracts, payments & various projects with job-boards such as Saramin, JobKorea, PeoplenJob..etc.
Key responsibility 3: Recruitment Data Management
Be one of SAP SuccessFactor’s key-user to update & utilize ATS.
Responsible for all recruitment data to be prepared & updated monthly/quarterly/annually dashboards for various HR reports.
Key responsibility 4: New Sourcing Channel Exploration & Employer Branding Efforts
Thinking outside-of-the-box to explore new channels for sourcing proper candidates for boutique positions; online & offline.
Define and implement the most efficient sourcing channel strategy for Korean market to attract viable candidate pool.
Participate in preparation & execution for all recruitment activities such as recruitment day, campus-recruiting, job fairs.

Proactively engage in any HR projects when needed

경력 및 자격요건
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of expertise in sourcing/Talent Acquisition
Fluency in English (for email communication & conference calls)
At least 5~7 years of experience in HR, preferably in TA role in dynamic multi-national conglomerate environment.
Recruitment agency experience is a plus.
Curiosity & proactive-ness is the key.
Exert level in utilizing MS Office applications.
Highly sensitive in numbers, statistics & analytics
Must be a team player; Proactive, transparent, positive attitude.
