Key responsibility 1: Travel Retail (DF) Order Management
- Manage monthly order process by considering BTQ cluster and product assortment by category based on the monthly sales budget
- Maximize sales turn-over by getting available pieces from HQ, in order to fulfill client firm orders for Travel Retail (DF) networks
- Keep track the balanced firm orders to increase the fulfillment rate%
- Follow up client’s order to ensure on time deliveries in close collaboration with logistics, warehouse and finance team
Key responsibility 2: Friends and Family Sale
- Supervise the digitized online FF sale from product selection, getting an approval from HQ, consolidating order requests to outbound delivery for each customer
- Conduct the physical FF sale once or twice a year from product quality inspection to billing documents creation while coordinating event preparations such as drawing layout of event place, equipment storage racks & CCTV and staff meals so on
Key responsibility 3: Staff Consignment
- Be a main contact point to generate new consignment or to return the goods from an eligible staff according to the internal consignment policy
- Coordinate the renew the consigned products once a year
Key responsibility 4: Others
- Support other SCM operational tasks in collaboration with team members
- Maintain product master data in relevant systems
경력 및 자격요건
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 7 years’ experience with DF Sales administration and Merchandising preferred
SKILLS:
Fluent in English with excellent computer skill
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
Team player with proactive communication skills
Dynamic, patient and customer oriented
Strong numeric sense and great attention to details
