Be the contact for H&S management enquiries, advice and support. This will be
enhanced through frequent and effective engagement & communication with the relevant
management teams.
Deliver H&S training.
Monitor all related H&S incidents. Provide assistance and support to managers and where
necessary personally investigate serious H&S incidents to identify underlying causes; recording
findings and recommendations.
Contribute and maintain (but not limited to) the Global H&S Management System, Global Incident Reporting System in the region.
Contribute to and implement the Global H&S GAAP program, ensuring H&S Standards
are implemented.
Partner with the external auditors/inspectors to ensure that support is provided to facilitate the
close out of H&S actions.
Undertake any other role related task as outlined by the H&S manager, APAC.
경력 및 자격요건
- 3 years experience preferably within a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
- An understanding of Retail H&S Management (essential).
- Understanding of H&S legal frameworks within Korea, and having the ability and resourcefulness to determine the practical application of the requirements.
