Prepare financial and management reporting, streamline management reporting
Provide financial analysis and commentary.
Budget Planning on quarterly/yearly basis to forecast business plan and drivers accurately
Perform data uploads of budgets & forecasts in SAP, group systems
Lead the preparation of presentation materials
Develop, streamline and enhance forecasting & planning processes(Finance Project
experience is a plus)
Participate in the implementation and improvement of processes and controls within Finance
function as well as across departments
Work closely with Corporate, local Finance teams as well as each function, to consolidate,
analyze, and report actual results as well as budget & forecasts
Prepare ad-hoc operational & sensitivity analysis / evaluation on an ad hoc basis
Retail finance experience is a plus
Inventory forecasting experience is a plus

BA degree majored in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
Accounting & finance experience in sizeable organizations, preferably within a retail, luxury,
and FMCG environment
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with
various levels within the organization and cross-functions
Excellent analytical skills with good understanding of business processes and ability to
interpret complex information
Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks as fit
Team focused attitude with strong ability to drive results through multiple teams
Proven financial expertise, with a strong commercial base and solid understanding of financial
accounting principles and best practice
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel (SAP experience preferred)
Strong presentation skills, along with the ability to influence across the Business including
senior Management
Logical thinking, Meticulous and attentive to details, Communicative and possess strong
initiative, Able to work under pressure
Qualified accountant (CPA / ACCA / equivalent) preferred
