 Prepare financial and management reporting, streamline management reporting
 Provide financial analysis and commentary.
 Budget Planning on quarterly/yearly basis to forecast business plan and drivers accurately
 Perform data uploads of budgets & forecasts in SAP, group systems
 Lead the preparation of presentation materials
 Develop, streamline and enhance forecasting & planning processes(Finance Project
experience is a plus)
 Participate in the implementation and improvement of processes and controls within Finance
function as well as across departments
 Work closely with Corporate, local Finance teams as well as each function, to consolidate,
analyze, and report actual results as well as budget & forecasts
 Prepare ad-hoc operational & sensitivity analysis / evaluation on an ad hoc basis
 Retail finance experience is a plus
 Inventory forecasting experience is a plus

 BA degree majored in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
 Accounting & finance experience in sizeable organizations, preferably within a retail, luxury,
and FMCG environment
 Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with
various levels within the organization and cross-functions
 Excellent analytical skills with good understanding of business processes and ability to
interpret complex information
 Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
 Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks as fit
 Team focused attitude with strong ability to drive results through multiple teams
 Proven financial expertise, with a strong commercial base and solid understanding of financial
accounting principles and best practice
 Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel (SAP experience preferred)
 Strong presentation skills, along with the ability to influence across the Business including
senior Management
 Logical thinking, Meticulous and attentive to details, Communicative and possess strong
initiative, Able to work under pressure
 Qualified accountant (CPA / ACCA / equivalent) preferred
