•Work closely with business leaders (Retail leaders/ Domestic & Duty Free channel) to identify the engagement level of their organizations and design initiatives to strengthen it.
•Consult with business leaders to run core HR processes such as Talent Review, Merit and Promotions.
•Design, propose, implement, and follow-through initiatives with business leaders on organizational and individual development opportunities.
- Organizational development initiatives include: job analysis, new org. design, co-design and/or co-facilitate team offsite.
•Act as an in-house expert for Employee Relations and provide professional support on problem solving and on preventing future cases. (no Labor Union)
•Provide support to business leaders to plan and manage headcount, and to control personnel costs.
•Lead and/or support global and local HR projects.
•Provide recruitment support for Corporate hiring.
경력 및 자격요건
•7 + years of HR related work experience with at least University degree
•Ideally in FMCG or Retail industry with multiple channels of distribution (open to other industry)
•HRBP experience preferred but no mandate.
•Experience in a fast paced, global and diverse culture in a matrix organization
•Proven experience delivering client focused HR solutions to business problems.
•Strong project management and facilitation skills
•Flexible team player, strong communicator, respectful and inclusive mindset
•Business acumen
•Korean native level and business English
•Practical knowledge in MS office
•Knowledge and experience with major HR system is a plus
