  • Main Accountabilities
    • To provide monthly P&L analysis (ACT vs. BGT/Forecast) and comments, quarterly cash flow forecast and comments, stock analysis and comments etc, capex investment P&L forecast and commercial brief.
    • Own the budgeting process on both P&L and Balance Sheet. To coordinate with sales & marketing teams, consolidate numbers for review, and upload / submit HQ packages on time for Budget & Forecast.
    • To understand watch & Jewelry brands commercial strategy (marketing investment, product launches, local network development etc), to check whether financial data is on track vs. commercial strategy, to advise potential impact and closely communicate with brand commercial team to adjust plans.
    • To maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.
    • To coordinate in reviewing contracts and keep tracking signed agreements (DOS, Franchisee, Wholesale) and compare to current network to ensure all the local business is covered by valid contracts.
    • To update Power of Attorney to ensure local business has proper authorization.
    • To check internal control process, especially for retail operation, to ensure daily routine work is secured.
    • Setup internal control in line with corporate guidelines
    • Drive and Support business owners to assess their process as part of the company internal control self-assessment
    • Be an operation-minded business partner to enhance, troubleshoot, improve and create new processes
    • Regular evaluate the internal control procedures and setup action plans with follow up
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • Relevant Experience and Training
    • Degree holder
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
    • Excellent command in written and spoken English.
    • 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management in wholesale & retail industry
    • Knowledge of internal control principles is preferred
    • CPA or CFA is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word is a must.
    • Knowledge of any ERP system and SAP/BW is a plus.
