Main Accountabilities
• Relevant diagnosis and dispatching of request in case of bad functioning of application and supervision of work assignment and service quality.
• User support about every kind of issue related to Functional/Repoting.Intranet Application.
• Organize, verify and guarantee delivery and quality of user training about application.
• Contribute to user test sessions and perform functional tests.
• Contribute to system final delivery and project closing.
• Suggest solutions/improvements of the Application to the relevant applications analysts.
• Realize documentation , often with Key Users ( manuals, meeting’s minutes, project updates, user requirements, test cases.. )
• Propose and take decisions ( at relevant level ) about innovations/improvements of the support process and tools ( also as project member )
• Participate to Corporate projects for the innovation/enhancement of the support and knowledge sharing processes. Procedures and tools.
• Follow and respect the established quality and procedural guidelines, once the implementation is live.
• Implement in co-operation with the SW vendors major/minor evolutive changes in Local Systems.
IT STRATEGIC PLANNING & CONTROL.
• Proactively propose an innovative solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of local business processes. Focus on a retail –digital solution.
IT MAINTENANCE & CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT (over 5yrs)
• Guarantee IT support and training on relevant systems, collect emerging needs and inputs . (Manage lifecycle of IT assets (for hardware and software, from acquisition to disposal)

Relevant Experience and Training
• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong influencing power and good global up-management skills.

• Knowledge of multiple Business Applications modules, relevant to the supported processes.
